Boys and Girls Middle School Cross-Country Information

The first official practice will begin on Tuesday, August 1 from 6-8 pm at the cross country course located behind the high school. Once school starts on Wednesday, August 9… Practice will be after school from 3:30-5:30.

NH Volleyball Summer Camp

The 2017 North Harrison Volleyball Summer Camp registration information is now available! Camp will run June 26-June 28 for future grades 1-6, and June 26-June 30 for future grades 7 and 8. Athletes will learn the fundamentals of volleyball with an emphasis on serving and passing at all grades, building to setting, hitting, blocking, and team play at the older age levels. Athletes will work with coaches throughout all levels of the Lady Cats Volleyball program, as well as High School athletes. Athletes will receive both group and individual instruction. Forms are due back to the high school office or your school's office by Friday, May 19.

Harrison County Exceptional Learners Cooperative (HCELC) Transition Fair

Harrison County Exceptional Learners Cooperative (HCELC) Transition Fair

Please join us for the 2017 Transition Fair on Tuesday, April 11 from 6:30 pm until 8:00 at Lincoln Hills Christian Church, 1130 Dale Avenue, Corydon, IN. 47112.  The fair is hosted by Harrison County Exceptional Learners Cooperative (HCELC) and can be beneficial for any student with an IEP.  The purpose of the Transition Fair is to provide students and parents an opportunity to explore and plan for the future.

Several vendors who serve individuals with a variety of needs will set up booths so that parents and students may hear what each has to offer. Parents of students of all ages will receive assistance in applying for disability waivers, learning about housing opportunities, medical equipment and assistive technology options available for students and adults.

The transition fair is for students of all ages and their families. It is never too early to begin planning for life as you start your school years until exiting.  We hope you will take the time to attend the 2017 Transition Fair. Snacks and beverages will be provided! For questions or more information, call the HCELC office at 812-738-2094.
