Harrison County Exceptional Learners Cooperative (HCELC) Transition Fair
Please join us for the 2017 Transition Fair on Tuesday, April 11 from 6:30 pm until 8:00 at Lincoln Hills Christian Church, 1130 Dale Avenue, Corydon, IN. 47112. The fair is hosted by Harrison County Exceptional Learners Cooperative (HCELC) and can be beneficial for any student with an IEP. The purpose of the Transition Fair is to provide students and parents an opportunity to explore and plan for the future.
Several vendors who serve individuals with a variety of needs will set up booths so that parents and students may hear what each has to offer. Parents of students of all ages will receive assistance in applying for disability waivers, learning about housing opportunities, medical equipment and assistive technology options available for students and adults.
The transition fair is for students of all ages and their families. It is never too early to begin planning for life as you start your school years until exiting. We hope you will take the time to attend the 2017 Transition Fair. Snacks and beverages will be provided! For questions or more information, call the HCELC office at 812-738-2094.
