North Harrison Schools Food Distribution will take place on MONDAY OCT. 26, from 5:00pm to 6:00pm. This is ONLY for virtual students. Please DO NOT complete this form unless your student(s) are attending virtually.
You must complete this form in order to receive these meals. Please fill out the form by 11:00am on Thursday to sign up for food pick up Monday, OCTOBER 26, 2020 so that we can plan appropriately for the week.
Please do not sign up if you are not able to pick up these meals. Send an email to email@example.com if something comes up and you cannot pick up your meals.
The Food Distribution is at North Harrison High School. You will need to go to the back student parking lot and enter through the door numbered H10. We will be set up in the hallway. Masks are required to enter the building.
