Mr. Johnson's 4th grade class participated in a trade activity during Social Studies.
The class was divided into two groups. One group served as Indiana's top exports while the other group represented Indiana's international trade partners.
The NHMS girls CC team won the New Washington Invitational on Monday, September 30, earning their 3rd championship trophy of the year! Julianne Kolkmeier was the individual champion with a course record setting time of 11:51. Great job girls!
The NHMS boys cross country team placed 5th and the girls placed 2nd at the Mid-Southern Conference Meet on our home course yesterday. Julianne Kolkmeier was the girls individual champion in a course record setting time of 11:34.
Just a reminder that Parent Teacher Conferences are tomorrow, Friday, September 27, and there will be no school for students.
The NHMS girls and boys cross country teams were both victorious yesterday at the East Washington Invitational. Julianne Kolkmeier won the girls race with a time of 11:40 and Jackson Winn won the boys race with a time of 11:42. Fantastic job by all runners!

Tomorrow's camp has been moved to Wednesday, September 25 from 5:00-6:30 at the same place.

Both NHMS boys and girls teams are Salem Invitational Champs! Great job! Mr. Cooper told the teams that if they both won their races that he would let them dump a bucket of ice water on him at practice. Hopefully he brought some extra clothes to wear!

The boil water advisory has been lifted at all NHCS buildings.
NHCSC Families,
There is a boil water advisory for ALL NHCS SCHOOLS until further notice.
Students are encouraged to bring water bottles from home the next few days.
Water bottles will be provided on an as needed basis.
Reminder: There will be NO SCHOOL on Monday, September 2nd (Labor Day).
Also, please check that all forms for your student(s) are completed and updated in Harmony (demographics, reunification, contact information, etc.). Have a great long weekend!

The North Harrison Baseball coaching staff and players want to welcome back all North Harrison baseball alumni players and coaches for an alumni softball game. We want to take the time to reconnect the past with the past and the past with the current Cougars.
Teams will be split depending on the number of alumni who sign up for the game. If there are any alumni who wish to participate, but who are unable to play in the game, we can always use umpires, team coaches and a peanut gallery! We hope to see EVERYONE there!

The North Harrison Community School Corporation Board of Trustees is seeking a qualified and interested person from the community to fill a school board vacancy through 12/31/2026.
