We are off to a strong start in 8th grade science! The students are collaboratively working through a series of lab stations. They are learning about the steps of the engineering design process. There was a STEM tower building challenge today, and next week they will begin their bridge building projects! There are many future engineers in Mrs. Wade's classroom!

The 30th Annual NH Band Car Show is THIS Saturday, August 17!
-Car registration 8:00am-12:00pm, $25.
-Spectators are FREE!
-Marching band performance at 1:00pm in front of NHMS.
-Silent auction ends at 3:00pm.

Items include: 2012 bus with a Cummins motor 121,000 miles just had the inspection done and it has passed ready to go. A greenhouse 30 x 60 with heaters and vents. After 36 years of teaching English at North Harrison Middle School Mrs. Karen Freeberg said goodbye to the students and staff. She is an amazing person and teacher.

Please join us tomorrow, Wednesday, May 22, to celebrate our 8th graders as they graduate from Middle School.
Doors to the fieldhouse lobby will open at 9:30 am and the graduation ceremony will begin at 10:00 am in the main gym.
After the ceremony is over you may sign your graduate out for the remainder of the day in the NHMS Fieldhouse gym. Your graduate's advisory teacher will have the sign-out sheets.
