Debbie Barr, retired NHMS assistant, current NHMS bus driver, and long time athletic volunteer, received our Annual Ken Oppel School Spirit Award this year. Staff are given the opportunity to nominate someone they feel goes above and beyond for the students and the school. A selection committee then decides who is most deserving of the award. It is a great honor to even be nominated! Debbie is exactly what the Ken Oppel Spirit Award is about and is so deserving of this award! Thanks to the New Salisbury Lions Club and Mr. Chris Allen for making this award possible. Congratulations to all that were nominated and to Debbie!Â

Thank you to all of the students and families that came to our Open House last night! We enjoyed seeing all of the smiling faces!
